Agree 100%...IMO tickets are over priced and the die hard fans are what is keeping this league afloat. Maybe they should just make this a Canadain Hockey Leage and scale back the number of teams in the US. US fans (that dont have team in their city)have never really embraced this sport and the Strike a few years back really hurt them IMO.

Fully expect the sabres to come back strong and win game 2, however, the sens do have that extra motivation of having NEVER gone up 2-0 in a series, they are something like 0-8 or 0-9 after going up 1-0 in a series. One can suggest that this is an extra reason to like the sabres on sat night, but for me its a motivating factor for the sens, they are erasing alot of past demons so far this year, and would like nothing better than to erase another one tomorrow night.

You know your league is in in trouble when the MLS game on ESPN 2 drew more viewers then Game 1 of Buffalo and Ottawa on verses Thursday night.
