I'll preface this by saying I think Cori is a scam artist, but:

Part 1 and 4 are blatant lies. It is NOT STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to play perfect strategy in JOB. Bob Dancer has been selling a book and WINPOKER software for YEARS which gives you the rules of play. If you practice on that winpoker software enough even most dipshits out there can memorize the rules. The rules are not difficult to understand. You can play error free JOB poker. Hell, during the first few years of the games release there were people who made a living at playing this game. As for it being impossible to hit 3 in 8762 hands there are people here that have posted up saying they did it. IT IS POSSIBLE. Maybe not probable, but it IS possible. This starts to call into question the "experts" opinion.

For #2 reason - without the "expert" being there and physically watching the player (or bot) hit the royal no expert in the world can use clairvoyance to see what occured. You can POSTULATE but you cannot PROVE the alleged lack of reaction. Yet another knock on the "expert".

For #6 - REALLY? You've got to be kidding me. What does the software maker think of this statement? I'll bet you just about anything that they will COMPLETLY disagree with this statement. That disagreement alone by the designer of the software CALLS INTO QUESTION THE ENTIRE "EXPERT" REVIEW !!!!!

Lastly, As has been said by many, the lie detector is a bunch of bullshit. I don't care how long the Rx has said to use it, if it's not admissible in a court of law it's wrong for you to even ask it. While I appreciate your view and opinion, IMO your logic is flawed by having the book require this. THE PRECEDENT THIS SETS IF YOU AGREE WITH THIS IS ABSURB - AND ALLOWS YOU TO CALL IN THIS REQUIREMENT EVERY TIME THERE IS A DISPUTE.

Sorry, but while this guy is a piece of shit, he deserves to get paid. He won at a -EV game ... a game in which the house should be HAPPY he used a bot as that gave them more hands played in a lesser time. While I have no idea if these guys have the money or not, $46k isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme of things.​

A guy like Cory will attack any positive EV oppurtunity he comes across if he believes the RISK vs REWARD is in his favor.......there are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of offshore shops that are rated B or lower...........and very few that are rated A- or higher, let alone A+ as you stated.

i just watched the video, it really didn't do much to sway me one way or another. again, it would be nice to get an offical statement from dgs on the matter or more info from a book about what he did to them and why he can no longer play there. He must have been chasing bonuses looking at his deposit history, there were many and they were all 100% matches. Nothing wrong with that IMO but if he did use something to aid him in clearing bonuses like a bot that would be against the rules. I've also seen it posted that he went over the rollover for bonuses, doesn't mean much to me as I have done that also to cover play when chasing casino bonuses a few years ago. If cory was an average joe player who hit got exremely lucky and hit 3 royals in a few thousand hands I think he would have been paid. But past transgressions are coming into play. Has there been any offers like paying $23k or some type of settlement or is cory or ez street not willing to comprimise? Cory said in the video that $20k is not a life changing amount to him, why not come to an agreement on an amount that is agreeable to both sides?

On certain video poker machines one can select three speeds......slow, normal, and fast.

Also, on many machines, the software will hold automatically hold the cards for you on many easy hands.......like say,................. 4-5-9-A-A..............the software will automatically hold the two ACES, thus one can play faster and ultimately more hands per hour.

Usually it will state 100% on CASINO play, and this would indicate most if not everything in a casino.........be it table games, slots, or video poker.

If it says 100% on SLOTS, it could mean JUST SLOT machines, but at times could and will include VIDEO POKER........one would have to read the small print and/or ask a representative to clarify if VIDEO POKER is included in the SLOT PROMO.

I have no doubt that Cory has a high weasel factor. That being said, he should have been paid.

I haven't read everything in this thread or across the street but I've read a lot so if I miss something please point it out to me.

If Cory was a fraud in his past it is up to EZ to not take his business. If they find red flags after his play and then find out about his past then by all means suspend payment until further investigation is finished.

However, if Cory wins without being shown that he defrauded EZ then his past should not be used as an excuse not to pay him. Only his actions at EZ should be grounds for dismissal of funds and I don't mean simple allegations.

Has it been proven that Cory defrauded EZ? If not, he is owed the money.

In my personal opinion, not remotely close to conclusively, which is why at this time it is my personal belief that he should be paid 46k...........

It is also my belief that the vast majority with unbiased opinions feel the sameway, having read numerous thoughts and opinions from other players on numerous other forums discussing this dispute.
