Refs been giving Cardinals every call so they had to give Philly a call. It doesn't matter they are fucking done.

It's not reviewable because the ref blew the whistle. Once the whistle blows everyone stops play so it wouldn't be fair to reverse a play after everyone stops.

What should have happened is that the ref should have been in better view of the ball so that he would have seen that the ball wasn't out of bounds and then he wouldn't blow his whistle.

The ball is out of bounds if it makes contact with the Eagle while his foot is out of bounds. I think the ball hit the eagles forearm because it changed the spin of the ball. Good call, Go Cards.
