My take...

Atlanta has played the better overall game on a consistant basis, they are clearly the better team...

The fans/arizona players are juiced and they have made a few big plays.

Will this be a score fest ( like it is projected to be), or will there be some defense to have a 2nd half under?

you know i really thought that this was gonna be deja vou alabama utah at the start..... we dirty bird backers are feelin better fo sho

The opposite of that was the Buffalo big start vs UConn..
That is more like this game....the team off to the bad start eventually takes over since they are just better class of players!

I don't know how much more scoring you are going to see from Arizona.... They haven't shown any ability to sustain a drive.

It's big play or nothing.

A few observations. The game is long from over. The first quarter in playoff football for the road team is huge. You have to get out of that first quarter staying w/in a score which Atlanta did. That first quarter can be like a buzzsaw for the home team so very important for road team to stay in it early and settle down. That is exactly what Atlanta did.
Expect the same tonight as Indy must survive that first quarter in tact as SD will come out with a ton of emotion.

Secondly, Arz defense was on the field alot in that half. They are most likely going to get very tired as this game progresses which should open up that running game for Atlanta.

Also keep in mind...

Atlanta gets the ball first in the 2nd half.

I don't know if I want to do anything.

Well since there were only 4 of us who picked ATL, we need to stick together.

99% of the forum and touts were on Arizona.

Long game, but I am happy with where we are at.

If you read my prior posts prior to the game, alot of the things I thought would happen are.

Atlanta is controlling the clock
Matt Ryan is playing like a veteran
Arizona ran the ball for 3 plays, now are 100% pass

All these things favor Atlanta.

If they come out and sustain a drive and put 7 up, Arizona could be in trouble. That is what I am HOPING for, but the game is far from over.
