We want to use the space and we figure its a good price. You do not have to rent all of them. We are in a neighborhood with tons of small businesses. Everyone parks along the street and there are guys watching cars everywhere. We have covered parking for 2 cars and theres also a public parking garage 50 MTS. from the building......... Parking is not an issue.
