Off Topic - Please Please Help Computer Question

A new toolbar has taken over my computer! It's name is isearch and I can't get rid of it. I go to view and try to uncheck it but it does not allow me. It has made me have to sign i to places that normally i go right in. i am afraid of viruses cause i just a few weeks ago had something like 63 taken off. Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of this!
