OFF TOPIC:: Man sues cable company for making him fat

Heard this on local news here today that a man is suing the local cable company becuase 2 months ago he asked for them to shut his cable off and they did not.

He said he gained weight over the past 2 mos watching cable that they where supposed to shut down and is sueing for damages for them making him fat
