I'm utterly confused by the mindless support that can go on here. It's like mindless automotons who go along everyday without thinking. Why does everyone get so upset by this? Shhhh.....shut up and don't ask questions of our god. lol

I agree with you, you have the right to request more. Though he has the right to not provid it. The others should STFU.

IMO sometimes posters should provide rationale for credibility sake. At least, sometimes.

This board is a "look at me "contest, everybody keeps tabs of W-L, sure, but the board should also provide info, data, rationale.

Baseball is tough to assess in the playoffs, pitching is the key, will Arietta be sharp with his hammie, will they bring in Hendricks if he falters, is Strasburg sharp, are Harper and the other top Nats hitters going to snap out of it?

I don't think Arrieta is in a good shape and no way close to be worth that line against a powerful lineup like the Nationals.
He had that lingering pain in his right hamstring back in September and in about 40 days he only started 3 times where he pitched a total of 10 innings and 7 total earned runs.
If he would have been on a decent shape, I believe he would have started before Lester or right after him, he was injured more than a month ago and I don't believe 1 or 2 days more of rest would have changed absolutely anything.
When you don't have much confidence and you know you gotta face Harper, Zimmermann, Rendon and Murphy you are not gonna pitch with the free full confidence that you should.
The Nationals in 3 games they basically played only 1 inning for real and they are still 1-2 and could have been easily 2-1 if that clown on the bench wouldn't have messed up the 3rd game taking out Max with 98 pitches and not exactly for Andy Miller.
I believe it's time for the Nationals to stand up and start hitting that ball. This Cubbies are no way close to the 2016 Champion team, on G1 they were hitless for 6 innings and an error of Rendon changed the game and on G3 I already said what happened, also there they were hitless for 5 innings.
Roark is no Strasburg or Scherzer or a top one, but like I said this Cubs offensive lineup to me it's not impressive and I believe he can handle it pretty good.
The only two things that I don't like much is the fact that if it's going to be a close/tie game after the 7th the Cubs bullpen it's just better and the clown in the bench could do damages to his own team.
I still believe the Nationals can break the score early and manage this one.
The very first thing that matters when you bet is the line and there's no way the Nationals could be worth +157 against this Arrieta and this Cubs.
I'm 4-2 $8,190 up on the Playoffs, I risk less than 40% of my profit on this one that for me is a clear value.
There are also other considerations that drove me to go strong on this one, but don't ask me more ;)
Hope this was helpful to you..

Didn't see this when I posted... though the starting pitcher and line has changed since then.
Thanks, this is excellent, well done!

They don't believe in talking about the games here. They pile on you if you ask. Same song and dance in every thread here. Either bet it or don't.

Normally, I would agree with this guy. I always give reasons for the football plays I make. That being said, this man has gone 75/37 during the season, I don't need to know jackshit other than what his play today is. He could tell me the play was based on the sun coming up in the east and setting in the west, and guess fucking what.....I'm not gonna argue, the man is batting a verified .66 for the season. Now I don't know about you folks, but I don't need my engineering degree to figure out if I bat .66 for the season, my account is gonna get pregnant. Real simple.

I agree with this, too... The Real Deal showed his success, that speaks for itself.
But Exploited has the right to ask and not be criticized.
Some posters are not on here 23 hours a day and do not know who is who.
I have questioned posters that put up a large-lock-play of the year play and I have asked, and they reply with a middle school answer.
In football I know who has good track records (like yourself) so I rarely ask anymore... but some like Exploited who only has 136 posts do not know the lay of the land.
End of this subject for me...

Yeah, I should be horsewhipped for coming across the way I did. I've been here a while, and you're 1000% correct, we know who is good and who is bullshit. I apologize to Exploited, bear with me, we'll get along fine, I assure you. GLTA my brothers at the RX!!!

That's funny, LOLOLOLOL.....My crew and I were in Vegas one year for MM, I alternate Superbowl and MM, and I told them I wanted to move a line, and we actually did it at the MGM Grand. It took an obscene amount (Dizzy, stop rolling your eyes) and thank God we hit it, but we moved the line a half point. That being said, I'm a grouper, not a whale, LOL.

About time. If I was Baker I would drop Werthless to the bottom of the lineup for game 5 . He is brutal in the playoffs
