Oct 10 CFB FLORIDA -4 -120

Last week I wateched one of the fastest defenses in all of college fooball. Jim McElwain has the talent to and coaching ability to crush mizz this week. It took him 2 years to turn around Colorado. Florida has played some quilty teams , even the 0-4 NM State who took GA Southern to the wire lost 61-13 . Missouri has not played anyone and is 3-1 but have not looked

Dominant in any of their wins. Missouri offense is th 119.4 (104[SUP]th [/SUP]) ranked rushing attack and the Passing 203.0 is ranked (81[SUP]st[/SUP]). This game is going to be a slaughter Florida wins by 14.

In last week’s Saturday’s game between Missouri and South Carolina was the first in Southeastern Conference history in which both teams started true freshmen at quarterback, and Misso barely squeaked out a win, This week Mizzou QB Maty Mauk remains suspended for Florida game, so Drew Lock will get a second start. Lock was 21-28 passing with two touchdowns in Mizzou's 24-10 win over the Gamecocks. But he didn't throw the ball down the field and finished with 136 passing yards. Missouri's playbook has been clearly simplified. Florida defense with Jonathan Bullard will eat this kid alive.

A big reason for Lock’s success was the strong running game the Tigers produced Saturday. The team ran for a season-high 163 yards with Ish Witter leading the way with 98 yards and a touchdown. Star running back Russell Hansbrough also contributed 43 yards in limited action due to an ankle injury. If Lock continues to start, Missouri will need to keep up this type of effort on the ground. BUT 170.0 IS THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF YARDS SC GIVES UP. Missouri looked total shit in the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] half of the South Carolina game.

Vernon Hargreaves III is a name you need to know, he shut down Laquon Treadwell last week and is a man playing agents boys this week

This Florida team is stacked with talent that Misso willl not be able to match. Antonio Morrison, MLB, Florida, Sr. (6-1, 225, 4.76, #3)
Arguably the most intense player at the college level, Morrison wasn't supposed to play the first half of the 2015 season due to a serious knee injury in the Gators' bowl game last January. He was expected to miss 10-12 months, but was back on the field in only six months and has played at a very high level as a senior. Morrison was exceptional on Saturday in the win over Ole Miss, tallying 16 total tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss as the unquestioned leader and tone-setter for the Gators' suffocating defense. He is a light athlete to quickly redirect and burst towards the play, bringing himself to balance on the move to finish in the open field. Although he can play too intense at times, Morrison keeps his feet well to work off blocks and displays outstanding awareness to recognize things quickly and react to the play before the ballcarrier can make a move. His medical reports will be the determining factor in his draft projection, but if fully healthy, Morrison is a top-40 talent.

Great information Smartmoney.....I guess this Florida team caught a lot of sports fans by surprise....All I heard was their lack of top recruits. Their defense is arguably one of the best in the Country and their QB might have come into his-own. They smothered one of the best offensive FB teams in Nation (Ol Miss) led by Kelly last Saturday...He is a "gunslinger"....From unranked to (11th) in the AP poll.......I guess the Gators are back after a 4 year hiatus. A lot of SEC "insiders" must be surprised by the sudden emergence of the Gators.

I'm on this as well and was hoping the game would get down to 3 pts. Too bad it jumped to 5.5 so had to take the bait (no pun intended) before it jumped to 6.

Lets hope we cash!! (btw, i HATE rooting for the gators but $$ is $$)

Missouri ranks No. 123 in the country in first-down offensive S&P+. It falls behind schedule and backs its quarterbacks into 2nd- and 3rd-and longs—situations where they can no longer be hidden. Florida ranks No. 14 in first-down defensive S&P and can make this game ugly by exploiting that.
Missouri is the two-time reigning SEC East champion and embarrassed Florida on homecoming last season. Now the Gators have a chance to return the favor. They are more than just the slightly better team, ranking No. 5 on the S&P+ ratings to Mizzou's No. 101, and have the motive to make this ugly.
