All about him. If his signature piece of legislation goes down or is watered down dramatically, his legacy will be hit with a major set back.

Focusing on ACA instead of the economy early on was a mistake of catastrophic proportions

I guess his legacy is safe?? This was a stupid case for the SCOTUS to take, since all they had to do was ask the framers of Obamacare what they meant to do. Luckily, there were enough common sense members to rule the right way, and not try and legislate from the bench. 6-3 with this court on something that Obama wanted passed is like the Seattle-Denver Super bowl. You have idiot Thomas and Alito and Scalia that would vote against the sun rising if they think Obama is for it.

The votes are in, the decision will be announced in a few weeks. Seems a little on edge for a decision that has already been made. What happens if SCOTUS rules against state mandated exchanges? He does realize that they are the final decision makers. For the record I am not saying that this will or will not happen.

Once again, you demonstrate your flabbergasting ignorance and stupidity.

And just who are these 'framers' you speak of?

When language in a statute is not ambiguous, there is no need to consider what the intent of the legislation was - unless of course you have an agenda, which you clearly do.

Further, consider the shenanigans and bribes that were used to get this train wreck of a bill passed and then try to surmise what the 'intent' of Congress was, and through them, the people that elected them.

Instead of pontificating out of your ass, why don't you ask Jonathan Gruber, the main architect of this disgraceful law, what the main 'intention' was?

Everyone knows that answer, except for mindless Obots like you, vtard and the drunk Alaskan.
