Here's an audio of Obama from 2001 discussing how best to redistribute the wealth:

Note the discussion isn't about whether or not it's right to redistribute wealth...but which manner would be the best way to do it!

He views this as economic justice for minorities.

You are aware that under mccain's tax proposal, he will be taxing the rich more (meaning the rich pay higher tax rates) than the middle class or the poor? You are also aware that the extra money he gets from taxing the rich more gets spread to the poor as well?

Please don't tell me that this is the first you have heard of this or that you think that only Obama is a supporter of a progressive tax system?

Reminds me when I lost a job back in the day. Went to Florida to hit all the tracks (TB Downs, Gulfstream, Pompano and all the dog tracks. LOL Supposed to be gone a week ended up being 3 1/2 weeks. Time of my life no regrets doing that.

*That's just it. They're not going to "come to folks like us" because we really don't have much to take. And if the group making over $250K adjusted gross income can't rally themselves together to keep someone out of office who is supposedly going to "rip them off", then they (the high end income group) must not themselves be too worried about it all.

They likely know full well that if their $250K adjusted gross gets jacked with a 5% income tax bump ($12,500) that they are smart enough and have sufficient resources to just pump their bottom line income up by $25K and at the end of the year be even better than they were before.

One thing for sure....No one with an adjusted gross income of $250K+ will be relocating outside the USA when Obama is elected President.

Capital gains will go up I'm sure.

Corporations and those in the higher tax brackets that employ us...will surely pass their increased taxes to the little guy...one way or another.

In reality, Obama's tax plan will be more regressive for the little guy and the anti business climate will give him less opportunities...and Obama gets props from the ignorant for going after the rich guys. hno:
