Has anyone ever been on one of these? Man they are loud. And big. One just landed on the road behind my house. The pilot put it down on one side of the road in the dark with power lines on each side of the road. I live out in the weeds, there isn't much traffic so people routinely fly out on the main road especially this late at night. Looked like 2 pick up trucks hit head on.
It was sad - not just my standing at the end of street in the cold like a gawker, I just went out because the house shook and I could see the lights - but knowing someone was severly injured and I was just going to go back to my house and turn ESPN on like nothing had happened.
Puts a little perspective on crying about losing a buzzer beater
