yeah...i'm on this home improvement kick...i called this guy to come and give me estimate on re-doing bathtub and he left out of here having sold me on re-doing floors and countertops also...I am getting all this done for around 2k,i think it is a great deal...look at some photos of what they do at this site...

also am getting new windows...as far as your water heater is concerned..don't forget if you buy the right type you are eligible for up to 1500.00 of tax credits this year..that is why i am buying windows...

Plenty of current/former contractors and tradesman around here. The Rx is a one stop shop.....If we can have a 'recipe corner', why not a home improvement one?

Ask away...I'm a GC but have specialized in the window/door business for 15 years. Carpentry, roofing, HVAC also up my alley but I'll have to defer on the water heater advice. Only have the most basic kknowledge in plumbing & electrical.

Does anyone know a reliable brand or model? Brands no longer exsist...It can say any name on it and be made by somebody totally different...The model and warranty are most important.. Id have to know more about the 1 you have now to recommend a replacement.

Does anyone know about tankless hot water heaters? Work better than advertised...
Are they less expensive? No Way Jose, much more expensive to buy and install. Much cheaper to operate. Some may get you that Tax credit
