A woman's cut for 30 bucks pretty much means SuperCuts or somewhere along those lines. If you wanted to splurge up to $75 or so, there's a highly regarded place in Mandalay Bay called ARCS.

Wow. Someone actually gave me an answer.

$1000 to have a haircut by the owner of the salon. Other prices are reasonable.

just go to the Aveda school and pay $15 and establish a connection with a girl there and follow her to a salon after she graduates

most there that cut hair individually are nearing the end of school and do a great job
