That must be the theory...:think: ...because i sure don't see Lieber as a game 2.. must win.. shut down type pitcher...yankee backers are seeing Radke giving up plenty of runs...I think you'll see Lieber on the big new york stage tonight feeling the pressure!! OLYMPIC had N.Y. at -153 yesterday and now its at 183??..can't see laying an extra 30 cents simply because N.Y. lost game 1 because i really cant imagine this line moving like this if yanks had won last night.

INSPADES...thanks for the input....thats my point as well....sure the yankees may win this game but i sure not willing to lay 183 with Lieber against a quality team who maybe does not have alot of home run power but it is a good hitting line-up...I also know it will be windy and cold for tonights game, low 40's.. that should help keep the ball in the park...and help keep the Twins in this game. At +160's I'd take a shot with the Twins before making that big lay w/ the yanks.
fwiw alot of friends were inside the stadium last night wearing t-shirts they said it was very comfortable or warm, maybe they had some good adult beverages that they brought with them....lieber gives up hits plain and simple even on his best days he gives up alot of hitsthe only thing that saves his a-s-s is that he hardly walks anyone
the only exception when he did not give up many hits was when he pitched against boston go -figure. i believe lieber gives up 4 runs or more tonight. i also think the yankees score that many also. whitout a doubt there is value in the line to take the TWINKIES.
