Sure you can say those are the facts but unfortunately Enflameo you’re still wrong.

Why is it that what you stated just prove my point further?

Maybe the RX attorneys can chime in.... what penal code is “suspicion”

Suspicious activity is not a crime!!!!! Sorrry. Keep trying. Someone acting suspicious is not enough for a cop to legally stop them. Now, can they still stop that “suspicious” person? Of course. But it is a violation of that persons rights. You better have seen him toss a bag of crack because “suspicious” isn’t going to cut it pal. That’s why he lost his fucking job lmfaooooo. Keep arguing. You fell for the bait this time.

THESE are the facts.

Two things.

Would I have stopped Garner? Hell no but that's a different story. Would I refuse police direction if stopped? No.

1) No, I'm not wrong. They stopped Garner based on what I described. I'm not wrong...those are the facts as we all know them.

2) Police can stop anyone they suspect is in the act of committing a crime.

Why do you think it's possible for the police to arrest a mom or dad they suspect is abusing their child? The case still as to go to court and the state has to prove their case but of course they can stop the parents and question them and if they have enough evidence, arrest them. Now, the parents could refuse to answer questions but of course the investigators can stop them based on their suspicion a crime is being committed.

Are you trolling again?

Is suspicion of a crime a misdemeanor or a felony Enflameo? Which one?

Two guys are sitting in a car outside a gas station and a witness walks by and sees the two guys have guns in their laps. The guy passing buy calls the cops and says "hey, there's two guys sitting outside a gas station with guns in their laps."

The cops pull up to the gas station. They can't stop the two men and ask what they are doing?

That’s not the same thing as garner.
Lmfao you really have no clue face)(*^%. Sad reality is there are many like you on here who have no clue about their rights and what they’re entitled to.

Your scenario isn’t comparative to Garners incident at all. Cops should be handling each incident completely different

You do know the owner of the shop where Garner was selling his cigs phoned police to complain about him right? So how were they conducting an illegal stop again? Enlighten us old wise attorney Mob.

Now you are changing your story. Before they had “suspicion.” Now they got a call?

Well sorry but you fail again and so do these tyrants...because how about go into the store and talk to the owner before killing the guy? That would be the logical thing. One of the cops go inside and talk to the guy who called. That’s normally how it should work you know. Sorry if you don’t know

I read a story today that said the shop owner called the cops. Said Garner sold cigs in front of his shop daily and he was tired of it. Guess he confronted Garner and Garner refused to leave so he called the cops. When the cops came, Garner ignored them and refused to comply.

Lmfaoooo they saw him selling the smokes and told him to stop? Bahahhahahahhahaha yeah okay. Tell him to stop how? With a chokehold?

They didnt see shit. Because IF they did see him selling smokes right there, then they wouldn’t be saying “suspicious activity.” Think.
they didn't see shit???...they arrested him a couple of times before for selling smokes...and he was doing it again...again they told him 2 stop...he decided 2 play stupid games

Typical stupid_ _ _ _ _ _r with no regard for the law. Not news worthy unless he gets killed committing a crime. Call me crazy. I have an idea. DONT BREAKTHE LAW! If these crickets didn’t break the law every day they wouldn’t have to deal with the police. Pretty fkn simple.

If somebody says I sell drugs but nobody sees it happening....then guess what? I don’t sell drugs.

To constitute the sale, they had to have seen the exchange of money and the cigarettes.

Their own reports after the incident, they never said that they saw an actual exchange between Eric garner and anybody else.

So if that was the premise in why you stopped him, then your stop was illegal. Your approach to him was illegal. And you should never have approached him to begin with.

Police have quotas fellas.

They went out to put his ass in jail. That simple.

I havent found or read anything saying that a store owner called the police about a man selling cigarettes THAT day.

They killed him and left him laying on the ground with no medical help. It is what it is.

Police can see his ass from a mile away, doubt anyone needed to call that day. Not sure if he even had any cigarettes on him, did he????

I know the cop was making up fairy tales in his report though about Garner. Saying he was a big time street hustler pushing a ton of cigarettes...which was proved to be an exaggeration because he wasn’t pushing nearly as much as they stated in their report.

If the guy was white, why do I feel like you guys would be upset at that point? Lmao

Yes they didnt see shit. And they admitted that they didn’t see shit.

And then they start making up shit in their report because they know the shits about to hit the fan.

This is what cops do. Make the dead guy look worse than he really is so the racist tyrants can get out of the heat.

In order to constitute a sale, you have to have seen an exchange. These are the laws guys. This is real life. Not fantasyland laws

Wrong again like always.

They got a complaint call from the store owner. They responded to the complaint. Garner wouldn’t follow directions.

I think if you have 30 prior arrests, you look pretty bad without the help of the police. What do you think?

Amazing how many people think they know their rights but don’t at all. It’s some real shit. I mean when you’re white like us you don’t really got to worry about it like that. But it’s always good to know when the cops are trying to violate your rights and you can legally put them in their place. That’s interesting to me.
