Where did you get Thompson at -160? He is -200 everywhere

Care to elaborate on the CM bet? I love CM but I'm not sold on him being able to escape Eddie's grinding style.

Those are the numbers I played / posted across the street on 9/28 ... just carried it over to my thread here

I operate the MMA room over there ... member since 2008 with over 76K posts ... my numbers have no reason to come into question ... no reason to embellish

How would I know you posted that at another site on 9/28? Obviously I don't. I wasn't suggesting you were trying to embellish though. I just really wanted to know how you got -160 when it was -200 everywhere.
.
Obviously I don't think anyone would even bother to come in here and post bad lines they didn't get since about 4 people read the RX combat sports board.

I'm on Thompson as well at -175.

We are Finally seeing the Irishman at his real fighting weight (love this factor)

Conor has proven he can go toe to toe with a wrestler (Mendes). He was able to take a beating / escape / scramble back to his feet and take the fight over with his stand up game. Conor has all the advantage with his striking ... he has the reach advantage and also has the edge in timing and footwork. Eddie has been rocked in recent fights, which opens the door for a McGregor KO.

Besides his boxing, one can only think McGregor worked hard on his takedown defense during this camp. Also if Conor is smart he will mix in those draining leg kicks that he displayed on Diaz opening up a lethal combination of high / low fighting keeping Eddie guessing.

Its all about Conor sticking to his game plan, avoiding the ground and not emptying his gas tank. If he executes this ... he will toss another strap over his shoulder.

One more thing ... No way saying the fix is in but I find it very hard to believe that the UFC's cashcow / goldenboy drops 2 of 3 and loses on the biggest stage.

Yeah I thought of the cash cow angle as well. Not in terms of fixed but in terms of CM managing his career. If he thought Eddie was going to be a problem then he probably just goes down to 145 and rematches Aldo and let's 155 shake out.

Think he probably feels confident he can stay on his feet vs Eddie.

Really doubt CM would win a decision if the fight goes that way. So maybe CM by stoppage is the right way to play it if you can get it.

McGregor wins inside distance +120

McGregor wins by TKO/KO +129

Since I'm already backing Conor I will probably play these small as well ...

Ya gotta love the reports coming out with Tate saying she didn't care about the fight and didn't try.

I pushed on my main bet which was Wonderboy.

If they fight again I think the odds will be lower and I'll probably bet him again.

He got cracked hard in the 4th and mistimed a kick in the 1st which led to a TD and still got a draw.

Thought besides those 2 mistakes, he basically outclassed Woodley all fight.
