Some locals give others a bad name for sure.
Finding a local is the same as you would an employee/employer- You have to have an interview process and evaluate what type of local they are. Do they have a good reputation? Do they look like a fake/pretending to be a baller? Do they gamble themselves? Do they constantly bullshit or are they a straight up guy. Are they professional? Do they treat it like a business?
Now for the limits, very rarely do people get cut off but hell, if you cracking them for 5000 weekly than your damn right your going to get limited LOL. It is a freaking business and even vegas/offshore will do the same thing.
Be smart, get multiple locals - and don't be greedy. Also, refer them players, they may be able to deal with you winning if you bringing them profits somewhere else.
Personally, I would prefer reliable local than offshore any day.
