vegas and offshores are laughing all the way to the bank. imo the public hopped on the red sox nation train for the series. after losing either game one, game two or both red sox bettors panicked. down 0-3 here come the hedge bets out of the woodwork. game four. game five. game six. oh no what do we do. so what did happen tonight. well i think the yankees were getting the money even from red sox series bettors. not all but some. of course the yankees series bettors who had cashed their buck and a half tickets already were still stinging after trying to choose the correct winner in 5,6 & 7 so they could close it out. well they went down tonight as well. all in all i think the books are very, very happy and if houston wins tomorrow the smile will be a bit wider. throw fox into that mix who will make god knows how much in extra advertising revenue. oh and of course me with the alternative runline at 2-1. the guiness is very tasty tonight:drink:
