Franks' predecessor Gen. Anthony Zinni, USMC just gave a rousing speech greeted by great applause of current and former Navy and USMC senior officers pointing out the similarities between misguided wars in Iraq and Viet Nam.

I know I'm biased, but I'll take Zinni.
