Curious how you rank the SEC as of now. It's really hard to know how these teams stack-up.

Yeah, the SEC West in particular is really crazy as I have 5 of the Top 10 in there pretty close to each other (that said, even LSU and Arkansas have a rating in the 80's)..........and even Arkansas is ranked #32 at the moment and they finished last in the division last year..............The ACC is a very strange conference as there is only one team with a power rating in the Top #25, but there is a lot of depth in the middle of the conference of average to slightly above average teams.........

Interesting, Thank you for the insight. How does the SEC compare this year vs themselves in past years? Is their number higher or lower? Seems like the teams at the top of the SEC (Bama, AU, UGA) have clear short-comings but the middle is much stronger (Miss St, Ole Miss, Tenn.). When your 10th, 11th, & 12th best team are Ark, Tenn, & UF…that's really strong.

In general, the SEC West is at its highest level and the SEC East is average at best compared to previous years.......At this point according to ratings Georgia is the only team that could compete in a possible SEC Title Game (maybe South Carolina if they improve over next months...........Missouri and Florida really put in horrible showings last week (Lane Kiffin lit them up like a Christmas Tree as Muschamp used to always have a great defense with a weaker offense, but last week he didn't have a defense)....Then you have Kentucky who improved some, but still below SEC Standards along with Vanderbilt who went back to their old ways after Franklin left (I actually have Kansas with a slightly higher rating than Vanderbilt at this point)
