Tennessee might want to pray that JP Prince doens't shoot a 3 pointer again the rest of the season.

What is the deal with post game prayer?

I guess Jesus Tebow drove from Gainesville to St. Pete.

Yes, on a basketball court I do. Fuck you want pray go to church. I guarantee if someone pulled out the Koran, you would looking to pick your shotgun.

Agreed. Especially on a college basketball court. That whole 'separation of church and state' thing, ya know. Now if it was a Catholic school like ND or something, that's different.

It's none of your business if the kids want to pray after the game.

I think you'd better research the whole "separation of church and state thng".

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . ."

Nothing wrong with kids praying before, during or after a game. I've been a part of many of pre-game and post-game prayers and never have I heard anyone ask to win a contest. It's usually about keeping players safe and thanking the Lord for giving them the opportunity to compete.

You know what? You're right. Nobody is forcing them to pray, so my post made no sense. My context was way off.

And for the record, I have no problem with people praying. I didn't mean for my post to come off that way.
