I can see how CS at these books get discouraged, but good relations and attitude should be a Top priority in all cases. Sure Damia understands after the fact that this is not good.

I agree, General, and as such this should apply to Panam as well, in that topic where LV asked a perfectly innocent and to him necessary question concerning fees for NETeller payouts, and Scotty acted as if this was a perfect example of why they don't like to post on forums. Hopefully Scotty was just having a bad day and will realize the silliness of his response, and will also ask his guys to include that info on his website.

This is reasonable, wouldn't you agree, General?

One of the reasons I have played at Blue Marlin Sports, they really seem to have their priorities straight when it comes to customer relations, they always put the customer first. Good group over there!

Yes Jazz, I agree that all books, including Panam should use good CS at all times. Not sure why you single me out on them. I have no affiliation at all other than helping them as I would any book who asks for my assistance. if you want to start a battle with panam, do it without involving me.

General: not intentionally singling you out, but you're the one Panam was communicating through and you let their comment about the 'why we don't post on forums' go unremarked upon - I don't think that was fair at all to LV, so I wanted to find out what you really thought about it.

Scotty's attitude was NOT good customer service, and I'm also NOT going to do a number on him for it, but I will of course comment for a while about it - lol. It's just not a great attitude to have when you're in customer service, so I put the poll up to find out if I'm in the minority.
