It's them trying to get a better team now... They know they need cap space to make moves. I'd be SHOCKED if Bron left. I'd expect at the very least 1 of the others will resign with the heat, but assume they all will... think this is a team thing to be able to contend for a championship in 2015.

Lebron may take the max pay, but I bet the others don't. And they won't be taking pay cuts to sign all stars. In this last 4 year stretch, when you count all of their playoff games, this team has played many more games than any other team in the NBA. And then you add the Olympics on top of that you can see the wear and tear on their bodies. The Spurs didn't beat the Heat with the starting 5, they beat the Heat with their role players/bench players. Every guy that came off that bench shot the 3 pointer at a high percentage. The Heat just didn't get the production from the bench. This is what LJ and the rest of the big 3 are saying to Mickey, Riley and others. Add players to come off the bench to allow Wade, LJ and Bosh longer minutes on the bench to minimize their work load. So with LJ it's all about who Riley brings in. If it doesn't meet LJ's standards, I think he leaves after the 2015 season. If not before..
