Something is strange with this round of the Rodriguez saga. His 'soft landing' news conference was transparently bad - as if he was being submarined by Yankee GM Cashman and his own advisers. I have never cared for A-Rod but IMO, he was sent out and fed to public media wolves for some reason unknown to me. Maybe its just simple karmic justice. Parallels the current banker executive pay bewilderment where individuals are able to suck down astronomical piles of money as lynchpins of not-successful/failing organizations. Biggest surprise is that Rodriguez strikes the same audible chords as fellow superstar Phelps on the numbnuts scale.
Lying. Says he didn't even know what he was taking. He's injecting juice into his body, but claims to know nothing about it or that he may not have even been doing it correctly.
