it saddens me to say, but, i don't think the gophers will EVER be a championship team under mason. the window of opportunity opens VERY infrequently, if at all, -- just ask the vikings!

but when it does you need to capitalize on it -- like ohio st last year, or wisky's rose bowl team, or the balt ravens, or the ne patriots. and i think this year was their chance -- not only their chance, but they had it in their grasp and flat out shit on it!!!
