I plan on using a 6 or 6 1/2 point teaser combining the College Football Championship with games from the upcoming NFL Divisional Round this weekend. But which team presents the best teaser strategy:
. Ohio State (teased down to 2 1/2 - crossing the key numbers of 3 and 7 - so it only takes a field goal margin to cover)
. Notre Dame (teased up to 14 1/2 - crossing the key numbers of 10 and 14 - so it takes Ohio State to win by three scores)
. Use both in separate teaser plays to try and catch a middle
Appreciate your thoughts and insight on the best way to go here.

In my opinion it’s more likely that Ohio state wins by 3 then Notre Dame keeps the game close. It’s possible Ohio State blows them out so I wouldn’t love teasing Notre Dame.

I noticed….. Notre Dame

Vs Georgia QB leading rusher! and Vs. PSU Love had 45 Yards rushing and Leonard 35 with 2 interception.

Also read which is interesting if true…. Ohio State opponents have not had a holding call since Obama left the White House In January of 2021?. That requires too much research to make fact? Good Luck with your tease… 🚬

Both options look solid! Ohio State teasing down seems safer with a field goal margin. Notre Dame teased up could hit if the defense steps up. Splitting for a middle sounds like a smart move!

Ohio State is the strong favorite for the title. The Buckeyes have defeated the Fighting Irish in each of the last two seasons, have not lost to Notre Dame since before World War II

If you tease Ohio St down, you are assuming they will win and by at least three. If you tease ND up, either team can win. Depends on your confidence that the Buckeyes will win the game. I doubt that ND will win, but I would not say it's impossible.

I took 2 bets: OSU -2 and over 40, OSU -2 and under 52 about 30 mins ago. Since then, OSU has dropped from -8 to -7.5

Teasing Ohio State to -2.5 is the safer play since you cross key numbers (7 & 3) and just need a field goal win. Notre Dame +14.5 has value too if you expect a closer game. Playing both for a middle (OSU wins by 3-14) is riskier but could hit. If I had to pick one, I'd roll with Ohio State -2.5.
