every online account I have I asked to have my casino blocked because I got nuts sometimes after winning a parlay and up a dime, then the tequila comes out, then I lose it.
Having said that, players do win. I see it often. No different than a land based casino IMO. Discipline is the key.
One quick story that happened 10 years ago. I Had a player at another book who only played blackjack. He deposit a lot of $. Thousands a week. Back in the good ole NETeller days. Anyways, he had a rough week and lost a few thousand that Friday alone and just before I left he called me. I added 10% cash back of his losses that week right before I left at midnight. It was $1500 or so. When I came to work the next day around 2pm, his balance was over $330,000!!!! No bullshit.
That was Saturday at 2pm like I said. He called me of course and was so excited. By the time I left at midnight that same day, he lost it all. wow! True story.

i know right? I was just a rookie in the business at the time and I added the 10% cash back on his net loses without a manager's approval. I mean, all he did was lose so what harm could it be? Man, when I came to work the next day I had the meanest looks directed at me. Then I discovered why. $330,000 was all. LOL. I thought I was going to be taken out back and shot.
Had a friend that turned a 200 dollar deposit into 98,000 in one night. He told himself he was going to quit and withdrawal when he hit 100,000. He got up to 98 and then went flat cold. Got down to around 80 and called his best friend. He told him over the phone what was happening and said, "here is my password and account number! If you will change the password and not give it to me, regardless of what I say to you, I will give you 1,000 dollars! But you have to swear to never give it to me."
The friend agreed. He then told him to give the password to his sister, and his sister went out and withdrew the money a few thousand at a time over the next few months until he had all his money out.
