Note To Anyone Considering a FFB Trade with PO69 - Don't Do What I Did

CutACROSS, I sent out around 30 trade offers in the past 2 weeks. No one else complained!

I offered to give you JAY CUTLER just for the JETS defense! I even included Carolina defense so that I would have room on my team.


You were NEVER going to play the Jets defense anyway over Philly I dont think and you need a QB next week for Brady's off week. All you said was that the trade didnt help you this week.

So I guess then you're declaring Saracen to be lying about the arrangement he cited?

I dont know anything about an arrangement. I didnt even know that this was his team. I have never received a PM from him or any sort of message before today.


He probably isnt lying, maybe just thinking about something else. But we never agreed to do anything. I just needed a TE and he had 2 of them. He wasnt even using Clark so the trade could have only helped him

Barman, you could have left all of my comments! You say 10x worse to me! That was one of my best comments of the YEAR too! I might have to use it again in the future.


But anyway, I am not trying to go anything wrong in the league. You can even ask Wilheim or Hacheman about a trade last week. I was worried about accepting a trade since it would seem unfair to others in the league!

But I didnt need 3 pretty damn good QB's so I traded one of them!

Secondly, you did not offer Jay Cutler (who I don't need as I already have Matt Ryan). You offered a wide receiver that I have no use for (I'm stacked at receiver) and the Carolina defense that I have ABSOLUTELY no use for.

Third, when I rejected the trade, I never wrote what you claim. I wrote something like "I'm not interested in any trade that doesn't upgrade my running backs. In addition, what's being offered is garbage."

My best option at TE has a bye week. Hell, I will trade this player back next week if you want him back real bad. But I have to play Wilheim this week and will get killed if I cant have alot of points at every position.

It was a terrible trade offer. The Jets D is an upper echelon defense. I would never rule out not playing them. Add in the fact that you were playing me this week, I'm not going to hand you something (for nothing) so that you can beat me.

It's also suspect that in one post you attempt to repeat (inaccurately) what my response was and then in another you write that you never read my response.

Well I didnt remember saying anything, but where did we reach an agreement? I jokingly mentioned the trade back. I knew that you couldnt trade someone just for one week!


And of course Roy Williams got injured the NEXT week. Why did I never receive a trade offer from him until now though?

PO69 the defense attorney often sounds good during opening arguments.

But then the prosecution is permitted to introduce actual evidence and it's pretty much downhill from there.

cartainly takes the "fun" out of a "fun" FREE league, if players are doing stuff like this....trading players for a week or 2, just so they can beat someone, then taking them back, etc....thats bogus....
