There simply don't seem to be a lot of options for United States customers. I've used 5Dimes for quite a few years, but the payout experience with them is like pulling teeth now (of course it's relatively easy when you want to deposit...what a surprise).

I tried to take out $900 on Monday (my "free" payout day). When I used the online chat, they told me they weren't using WU because of problems they've had with people being blacklisted (I've never had a problem withdrawing from my local Safeway store). They told me the most I could take out using MoneyGram was $500. And if I wanted a check, the minimum withdrawal was $1000. Which puts me between a rock and a hard place (I don't like the idea of having to play more just to get to a specific dollar amount). The also said I could get bitcoin (LOL) or get a giftcard (WTF?). I called a couple of hours later and the lady told me should could get me $800 via WU (suddenly WU was OK again). They do have a way to just ask for a withdrawal online without any interaction with chat or a live operator, but that's always a problem trying to make sure you're not charged on your "free" day with a processing fee. Why is this process always so difficult?

Unfortunately, I have yet to find a better book for U.S. Customers. Someone recommended Bet OnLine (think that was their name). Anyway, they were terrible. I just simply wish there was an easy way for someone that just wants to get in and out over a weekend to play and have an efficient payout done without being limited to what I can withdraw, or having to spend 30 minutes on the phone dealing with hold times and a long process with the operator.

I use BetOnline and have had zero problems. Curious, what was so terrible for you about them?

Move to Vegas, or visit Vegas, and deposit an amount into a gaming account there, and have someone you know in Vegas bet it for you. Or deposit with someone you know in Vegas and have them deposit that into their gaming account and just tell them your bets... when you want to cash out, just tell them and they can wire you your winnings.

Quite a few ways as long as you know someone in Vegas.

The Vegas suggestion is a valid one.

Granted you don't get a bonus but you have no rollover and your money is safe and can be paid to you quickly based on your connections ability to get done what you want done.

If you must have offshore, then look at Intertops. Last time I cashed out, I had a fed x to my door in 2 days, the check was from Canada and cleared the next day. Way better than the run around at 5 Dimes but not as many betting options as 5 dimes. If you are a traditional bettor and just bet lines/totals and live betting, you'll love intertops.

The Vegas suggestion is absurd! Let's see, I'm supposed to quit my job (and try and find a new one) and sell my house, so I can move to Vegas and put down a few recreational wagers per week. Yeah, brilliant! Forget about whether you like the community you live in, have friends and family where you live, like the weather, and have a good paying job (yeah, those things aren't important).

Or I fly to Vegas and see if I can make a friend (since I don't know anyone that lives there). But even if I did, the suggestion is that I inconvenience them on a weekly basis to make wagers for me. Yeah, I don't think so. If it got to that point, I simply wouldn't make a wager. I was looking for a practical suggestion. Not one that completely turns my life upside down for some recreational fun.

I think some of you guys are such degenerates that you can't think clearly any more. That suggestion is about as ridiculous as they come.

With that said, thank you for the Intertops advice.

bookmaker is the best....i get my payouts in four days

Can't say I'm that impressed by that unless all the payouts are free or at least no specific restrictions on the amount of money you can take out. Four days is nothing special.

Bookmaker sucks. You deposit $300 and then you have to do their BS rollover and bet like $5000 in order to cash out?!

My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.

If you didn't take a bonus...you don't have "BS" rollovers genius.

I'm still laughing at what you wrote in your first two paragraphs.

Exactly! I don't know what people are thinking telling people living on the east coast, etc....to just move to Vegas.....f**k that! Can't wait for the day Pa & NJ legalize sports betting, I'm tired of seeing Vegas monopolize legalized sports wagering......complete joke in this country!

I have a friend in Vegas, but he's a degenerate gambler, has a great job, but don't trust him as far as I can throw him to place bets for me & then pay me my money.

Bookmaker is as solid as they come offshore.

OK, well talk to me about them then. I am so over 5dimes. About the only thing they've done for me (that seems to be a problem for some reason with Heritage) is deactivate the casino. Other than that, they're terrible.

I tried to keep my wagers focused on my trips to actual casinos this year (which amounted to only four betting weekends during the regular season). I got bored in the playoffs and re-upped with them. Here was my experience:

1) Tried to withdraw $500 via their P Pal option after winning on the NFC Championship game. They gave me a bad number and after trying it twice, I informed them it didn't work. They offered me a $100 Bonus Bet if I would call them and see if I could get them to accept it (no, I'm not joking). I had them refund the money and pay me using MoneyGram. A day later, I got an email from P Pal saying my account was restricted and that I would have to fill out an affidavit explaining where the money was coming from and it's use

2) Tried to withdraw money a week after the Superbowl. Was told I would have to pay a fee for the direct reimbursement to my checking account (it used to be free). So I asked when they changed that and didn't they still do a free deposit every 30 days anyway. They retracted their comment and said it would be a free payout. Of course this way takes approximately 7-8 days to hit your account. And all the while, they tried to convince me to take virtual money instead of cash (and in the past they tried to get me to take an Amazon gift card).

Today I asked them what the fee was on WU or MoneyGram and the maximum payout allowed (was thinking of betting on one afternoon game). They said they are no longer using WU and that normally MoneyGram was $500 but right now it wasn't. So I asked what it currently was and they said $325!!

I really have to wonder...who the heck plays with this organization any more? I mean I thought we had some bigger players on this site. Seriously a $325 max if you want to get a timely payout?! That's absolutely ridiculous. Ironically, they had called a few weeks previous to inform me of some new way to deposit money. It was a voicemail but had I answered the phone, I would have told them that I have absolutely no problem with the deposit process. I've never seen an organization take your money so fast. It's the payout (and I'm sure they know that). For such a "big" book, they sure are a joke when it comes to paying out U.S. customers. I'm barely watching sports right now (and I typically love March Madness). Shy of the pools I get in, I probably won't make a single wager on a college game in the tournament this year. I will say this, if you've got a gambling problem, just play with 5dimes for a week or two. You'll be fixed instantly. They have totally turned me off of gambling.
