While I respect NC's fairly good record with GOY over the years, I also have a sense of realism of how horrible their regularTo be honest, I essentially broke even by betting OSU and an equal amount on Missouri in a teaser with Memphis which won.
college side plays have been for the regular season hitting under 40% for the last two years as well as how lousy they
have been so far in the Bowl Games.
Thus it made sense to play it both ways although obviously, teasers are no guarantees either as you have to pick the other side also.
ps I owe you a measure of thanks for pushing me into posting the play as well as record keeping earlier in the season as it was/is
the right thing to do and it took very little time or effort to do so!!

The bad news is that I am "not exactly" the greatest handicapper in the world!!
ot-I don't have the actual stats in front of me to prove it but imo at least in this year's Bowl Games it seems that there
is a big tendency on the part of Phil Steele, Todd and/or whoever makes the picks to go with the bigger and more well-known
established names in the games rather than the lesser-known football teams they are playing.
That leads me to believe that on Monday they will probably go with Alabama and Texas, but obviously that is just a guess!!
More importantly, whatever handicapping system they have been using so far is an absolute disaster!!

I kind of like NC's over in the GB game tonight, but again take that for what its worth!!
1-3-1 yesterday completes a disastrous weekend for Steele/NC!!
For that matter, I am sure that some folks lost the over in the Green Bay game as the line was at 43 1/2 for most of the day although it was
42 1/2 earlier.
If NC calls it a push using the 43 line they did yesterday when they gave it out, that is fine with me but not if they try to change it to 42 1/2
which would give them a W.

In all honesty, even though I have pretty much decided who I am going to wager on today dependent on what the GOOD cappers
pick(which doesn't include Steele/NC) believe it or not I would be more rather than less comfortable if they agree with me today.
