Bovada has them at -3. Everyone else is sprinkled in between. The problem with off shore books is that they are very small, compared to Vegas shops. Consequently it takes a lot less money to change a line. I think your No. Ill. wager is a good one, but do not wager on them because the off shore lines are changing. That is basically meaningless.

I hope you are right , I have the TOTAL o24½-125 NORTHERN ILLINOIS PTS .. last week they just didn't use Cameron Stingily .. I'm hoping things will be different tonight but i'm not encouraged by the line movement on the game
