Funny thing is, they removed the Withdraw option but not the Deposit options.
I would THINK that if there were technical problems, it would involve both the Deposits and Withdrawals.
I know that Pinn lost a couple of decisions yesterday in the bowl games.
Maybe this, combined with holiday banking problems, caused them to miscalculate the proper Neteller balance to carry over New Years.
Or, maybe not.
