Mr. Kennedy:
I hardly think that USC needs to defend its schedule, since last year they had the number 1 schedule in the country. It's not their fault that Auburn, Notre Dame, Washington and Arizona St. all played way below expectations. In any case the schedules are made 10 years in advance.
As far as Ohio State's awesome schedule is concerned, I hardly consider 8 home games out of 11, and a nonconference game with San Diego St. to be a great schedule. Incidentally Ohio St. failed to score an offensie touchdown against San Diego St.
Since USC has an open date next year as of now, I am sure that they would be more than happy to schedule the mighty Buckeyes.
