Obvious they don't have any money in neteller...
when you make a deposit (say $100) to neteller. Neteller has your $100. when you transfer (say $100) to Guardian, Neteller still has the $100, they just make a note that the $100 (minus fees) belongs to guardian instead of you.
When someone makes a withdrawal request via neteller, the book must have enough money to cover the amount of the request... if they do not have the funds they must either, wait for more people to transfer money to their neteller account, or send real money to neteller.
if a book tells you to wait then that means they are not going to send money to neteller but are instead just going to wait for more deposit money and then send that money to you.
if they told you the accountant is gone then that may be the reason they can't send money to neteller. of course if no one makes deposits between today and monday... well you're still not gonna get your cash.. unless the accountant comes back and... well you get the point
