And I understand. It's complicated, for sure.

I have some worms in the water, hope to start them up here again. Some don't like the way I fish, and that's cool. But I do manage to reel em in, and that is what matters.

What do they get all upset about? Not getting deposits seems like the only thing they could get upset about. The funny thing is I bet books like Heritage and 5Dimes would never do these contests because they are not really hurting for customers or deposits.

All books, large or small want more deposits. Just as all banks want more deposits.

Some give reduced juice, some give big bonus, some cold call you, some hang banners at forums, some pay people to post on forums, some run contest, some pay sales people more to drive sales.

All of those things are done to generate more deposits
