Yeah, I need to stop going there. I have no problem with my sports betting getting out of hand but it's something about those damn casinos I can't control myself.

sorry sherman. I know how you feel. When i lose at a sportsbook, and believe me i play at plenty of them, at least i feel like i had a shot. in those casinos, it can be pretty depressing.

I think people keep going back because of the lure of INSTANT money to be won...
I would just take some time off sherman and regroup...If you go back take only a small amount , if you loose it go home. IMO if you do not hit a on a relatively small amount your not going to win one.

GL in what you decide to do sir

Sherman: I live 25 minutes from Sun, haven't been there in years. When they took out poker room, nothing was left for me. The buffet is good, but I don't like to gorge myself.

The only beatable game I see there is BJ, if you count well, but typically $25 minimum bets. I would need to spread 25-125 a hand, which would require about 10k in cash for a session.

I'll play in Vegas !

Take a few weeks off.

Personally, I focus much more with Sports, as my input matters much more.

Play CORRECT stategy 100%+ video poker, bonus slots, and BJ matchplays and you shall become a HUGE lifetime casino winner.

If you dont win at least a HALF MILLION in your lifetime, your only excuse would be you died at a young age.

I have the Indian gaming, one of fastest growing in states, right next to me. All Asians. I have never been there. Losing is a depressing form of entertainment. In sports you can invest, in casinos you divest...OF

Fishhead: CT casinos are way different than LV.

We don't have but 2 here, no competion. no match-buck stuff around. A totally different environment, or pond.

I'm unsure about profitable slots, but doubt it.

Invalid comparison here, it ain't the same.

Doug-- I have been to CT and pretty much every state that has casinos.

Ct. has no Asians because there are but a few beatable slots...............

............the best being 25 cent BONUS RUN.

Sherman,

I always went to Mohegan and always lost big.

Nothing worse than driving out of the CT woods with a hole in your pocket. Feel for you. Best advice I never took is to stay away. Sports, you can win. Games of chance, you can lose.

Big Bet: I can't disagree, but laying that spread, requires my suggested 10k bank, just for a session. Precisly why I don't do it. !

I can do that once a year in LV, at 5-100 +. per hand. But I wear my welcome out quickly, I don't care, longevity ain't my goal !
