I see most on thread taking the +13.5 by a nine loss big 12 team? I don't get it. UK pounded both big 12 teams they faced in Texas and KU earlier this year, and I mean pounded! Both of which WVU lost too. I don't think the big 12 play prepared the mountaineers for what they are about to see. UK hasn't played on all calendars thru their first two tourney games. Booker is like 0-10 from 3's and others haven't shot well. The big question I have is can WVU score against UK D? I look for intensity to pick up and UK walk away with a 25 point win.

And it didn't really help for the WV player to say that Kentucky don't play hard and that they will be 36-1 after tonight. What a stupid thing to say.

I'm staying away from this game. I think UK wins, but not sure by how much. I have it down as a 15 point win. UK handles pressure pretty well and WV doesn't score very well. If they break the pressure, which I think they will, it could be a lob fest for Willie. UK is a great free throw shooting team and WV fouls (a lot).

The he other key will be defensive rebounding for UK. That is their one weakness, mostly because all the shot blockers going up leaves for offensive boards

"most threads"

i havent seen one Wva pick. really havent seen one Ky pick either....who wants to fade the mighty Wildcats and who really wants to lay 13.5 in a sweet 16 game?

bet %ages i've seen are all over the place so hard to gauge there.

I think Huggy will have his team ready and I thought he has a good record vs Calipari (????) but Ky is clearly the better team in this one

Yea, Huggins is 8-2 against Cal, but I think 7 of those Huggins was the favorite in those games (cal was up and coming at the time)

WV adrenaline could hurt them early in the game. May be to up to relax and shoot the ball effectively. I think I'm gonna pound the Wildcats 1h and game! The way I look at it is if you're gonna bet this game then the only way to go is Kentucky! You gonna feel stupid if you take WV and Kentucky comes out clicking and wins by 30!

Texas was tied at the half with UK in Kentucky, missing their PG, and the Wildcats didnt pull away until the final couple of minutes. Would think the crowd will be cheering for the underdog???

If WV has any chance against the Cats, they are going to have to control the boards at both ends.

If Kentucky wins the boards...they will win easily. If not, could be an interesting game.

Most! The guys that know how to handicap in this site CBB like Dimes and Matty Matt have wVU. I don't see one reputable guy selecting UK -13. Come on. Pay attention.
Good luck.

WVU has nothing to lose here...they are expected to be blown out. My guess is they will play scrappy and over their heads, with the score being kind of close at the end of the 1st half. If they aren't able to create turnovers and rattle Kentucky a little bit in the second half, it could still be a 20 point Big Blue win.

WVU is garbage. Can't shoot the ball. Imagine if they can't shoot playing a team out of this world on D.

UK could go on a 17-0 run at a point in this game.

This! Easy to say now but a blind man could see this coming, especially after the bonehead comment by the WV player!
