Just a couple points to consider

1. Line is moving towards UK for a potential letdown.

2. During press conference today, Saban commended players' ability to sustain intensity in preparation during practice this week (on them hard after the 30-10 letdown in 2nd half at UGA).

3. UK has a solid run game, no pass game. Plays right into the hands of Terrance Cody.

4. If you're going to trade scores with the Tide, you better throw it... and UK can't.

5. It's the first time the Crimson Tide will be playing at home in a while: fans will be showing ridiculous support.

EXCELLENT 7 or 10 pt. tease at -9 or -6.

... I like the under as well. UK D-Line is solid and will test Bama early, but I don't see a lot of points from the Wildcats in this one.

totally agree these are not the cats of old where our offense keeps us in games or wins them. we have a good defense this year but our offense is a year or 2 away with all the good recruits coming in. HARTLINE is horrible at QB if COBB is the QB cats may have a chance to cover but with all the injuries to the deffense, some may play of course but they are not 100 % here.
BAMA dominates UK with the lack of a passing game, and alot of people dont realize we have no WR's to even throw the ball to, LYONS was the only returning player that even seen action last year. and BOYD was hurt early and is still not close to 100% and he is deffinately hands down the fastest AND BEST WR.

we also average 45 points against our SEC opponents this year thus far. And we are 4-1 ATS for the first time in a century

Maybe I am drinking koolaide but I dont expect a let down.Next week is a off week so there is no look ahead. This is not a sandwhich game.

Also Alabama played poorly the second half of the UGA game so saban already is pissed and has their attention because the game ended with Georgia scoring two TDS last 5 minutes.Plus the players know if they play well the next two weeks will be a lot easier than if they have an Angry Saban during a bye week.

This is also the first home game in 3 weeks and the biggest home oponent so far.The crowd will be pumped up a lot as opposed to sitting on our hands like Alabama fans are bad about doing when we are heavy favorites.
