0-2 on the day after entering the ninth inning with the lead.........

Eric Wedge should have never let Westbrook in there after he lets a guy reach in the ninth and then after 2 are on he leaves him out there to face a guy who is hitting .400 against him.

Westbrook is 1-6 on the season and he has been snake bit as his team is giving him no run support. I just dont think you give him the oppurtunity to loose the game after pitching so well. I agree you let him go out there and try to get the complete game, but once a man reaches, you yank him. Not to mention Figgins is 4-10 against him and then when he get gets on and Erstad who also hits Jake well is up, then I think it is a no-brainer to pull him.

Westbrook had retired 21 in a row before Kennedy's hit in the ninth so I don't think you can fault Wedge for leaving him in. Also, he had only thrown 90 pitches going in to the 9th.

Just another galling loss for my Tribe.

Again, I think the right thing to do is let Jake go out for the ninth, but let him know that he is coming out if one guy reaches.

Here is a good rule of thumb.

DON'T BET ON TEAMS THAT HAVE $HIT BULLPENS.
This year, I think that might limit you to only betting on about 3 or 4 teams then....

No...

Specific teams are known to have crap bullpens.

Atlanta
KC
Cleveland
Colorado
Houston (As of late)
Cinncinnati

Of course no Pen is perfect but if I would advise staying away from the teams above.
