the 49ers come into San Diego 3-0 and are playing marginally better than the Chargers, who barely squeeked out a win over the Texans, a team everyone else has been molesting. Garcia will see very limitted action, not sure about the Chargers starters, but it might not matter.

SD QB Rotation: Drew Brees (1st Q), Doug Flutie (2nd Q), Seth Burford (3rd Q+) from esportsdaily which is not always accurate, but pretty good.

Both teams resting a bunch of players, but 49ers back-ups are superior to Chagers' back-ups - talentwise and athletically.
