Where there is goverment funding there will ALWAYS be fraud.
My question is, why are day cares government funded??? My wife and I raised two daughters and they always went to either in-home day care or to a learning center type of place and neither where federally or state funded (in Massachusetts). We paid a ton of money for them to get day care. Fucking BS.
