He finished the match but he already walked away from balls and served up crap balls in the first set. Betfair live betting went crazy. The other guy was a close to +700 underdog before match started and closed around +600. Towards the end of the first set the other guy became a small favorite and as all the money came in on him.
i dont think kygrious had money on this game but i am sure his associates who knew that he was partying and is not up for this game had money on the other guy. plus lot of the public who do live trading on befair picked up whats was happening and loaded up on the other guy. some unsuspecting bettors got fuked when they blindly bet kygrios without wathcing the game thinking that the odds are good on kygrios.
i heard sports interaction refunded the bets and they sent a newsletter saying in a promotional way that they felt sorry for the kygrios backers and refunded the money...but the truth is that they also cancelled all bet on the underdog winner....there was only a few but still the winning was more than what people had on kygrios.
