"Tout boy" is in his "win every other year" preseason. If you look at the historical records of NC (he only publishes winning seasons), he is due for a down or mediocre year. This is certainly heightened by his good season last year.
Something to point out regarding line movements, Phil inflates the lines to his benefit. As a long-time Power Sweep customer, I have called Northcoast for the source of his lines over the years. Not once have they identified where these lines have come from. An example was last night, which book offered +3? Only Millennium, who receives free advertising and a "kick-back." None of the 12 Wagermall accounts had +3 before or after 6:00 pm.
For what it's worth ... buy Power Sweep for it's content and predictions, but stay away from NC's "Executive or LTS." Caveat Emptor = Phil Steele.
