This will probably be the easiest team the Kings have faced so far. 2.25gaa isn't really that dominating IMO. Quick was 1.4 in 2012 and 1.6 in 2013. Hasn't been a good playoffs for any Goalie with all the goals scored this year. Lots of quality saves but not the quantity, lots of soft goals.
I think Kings win this in 5, 6 tops.

I was looking at the wrong numbers for Henry, he's 2.03 for the playoffs which is pretty good, but he also didn't have to face Sharks, Ducks, & Hawks three teams that score in bunches. Still think the Kings win this series and should be the favorites.

Every angle I've come up with points to an Under 5 tonight.

Kings play tight at home and especially going against the Eastern Conference. (35-11-8 Under)

They are Under 11-2-3 last 16 verses the Metropolitan.

I've been bad at totals really bad but pretty good at moneylines. The only game I bet last round was Hawks in game 6 and it won (Kings in game 7 was BD gift so I don't count that one). I'm feeling pretty good about the Kings tonight I actually bet it at -155. I think the Rangers will win at MSG though, but not win three there.

it sure does but that was the same in game 1 NY in Montreal. That ended up 7-3 or something. You are probably right on the under but my thinking is LA in opening series games this post season are 1-2 with one going over, one push and one under. Rangers are 3-0 in with 2 pushes and one over.

yes they are physical for sure but 21 games now in the post season could start taking its toll

Rick Nash needs to start playing like an 8 million dollar player. You listen to the announcers talk about how he is doing other things well but he is paid to put the puck in the net. Something he has not done in the playoffs since he's been here.

Rangers had their chances and blew a 2-0 lead eventually losing 3-2 in OT. The first half of the 3rd period they looked bad and didn't register a shot on goal.

Look for them to tie up the series tonight. 4-2 NYR
