what's the word on Luke Schenn in Toronto right now?? In a way I'd love to see him make the Leafs but on the other hand we really really want him back in Kelowna this season as the Kelowna Rockets roster is absolutely stocked for another Memorial Cup Run, but it would be a big hole in our D losing him to the Leafs. He is "The Human Eraser" as Pierre McGuire likes to call him...
It looks like Schenn will make the team to start the year. I don't think they really want him starting the year with the Leafs, but he's looked too good for them to send him down. He's not going to make a sudden impact like Sidney Crosby or Ovechkin did by improving their teams drastically right away, but he will be a force back on defense and a guy they won't have to worry about for the next 10 years. I've loved what I've seen from him so far. He just demolishes people.
