espn and cbs sports are leading with the major nba signings that people are actually interested in, with the davis 5 year 145 million dollar contract being the lead right now.

no mention of any nhl free agent signings on the front page of major sporting sites.

shows how irrelevant the nhl is.

the nba quadrupled the nhl in finals ratings, more then the triple i projected.

nhl is a joke.

Brad Richards has his second Stanley Cup ring and will be moving on.
Like fellow free agent Brandon Saad from the 2015 champion Chicago Blackhawks, Richards will be in a new uniform come 2015-16.
The 35-year-old centre inked a one-year, $3-million contract with the Detroit Red Wings Wednesday, making his third Original Six stop in as many years. The deal also includes performance bonuses.
