What a crock these reported attendance figures are.

ESPN says the Wings are averaging 98.7 capacity. From what I see in tonight's game against Los Angeles close to 30% of the rink side seats are empty. Tomorrow I bet the box score will say 19,000 were there.

paid attendance and ones that actually show up are 2 different things

I guess because the Kings announcers are saying it's "standing room only" and empty seats are everywhere.

Paid attendance could be anything....

That's like an upper-body injury

other very questionable numbers...

Florida at 15,227
St. Louis at 18,460

Gimme a break... are they offering 5 for 1 tickets + a six pack + a free skate after the game?
