NFL's Most Overrated Team With The NFL's Most Overrated QB

The San Diego Chargers without a doubt have to be the most overrated team in this league. They have a very inconsistent hotheaded quarterback in Philip Rivers, who may very well be the most overrated QB in the NFL as well. I have never ever been a fan of Norv Turner as a head coach with any of his NFL clubs and to see this combination in a Super Bowl would be a heavy duty longshot in my opinion. The Chargers and Rivers get and have always gotten a lot of positive press from the NFL media and it's based on that fictional feed that keeps viewers believing that they are a legitimate contender in the league. Gotta wonder what the media will have to say and the viewers will have to think if the current 'Rocky Mountain Thunder' keeps on rollin' forward in the Mile High city this afternoon as Denver's Jay Cutler is teaching the Chargers Mr. Rivers a lesson or two on how to to be a successful QB in this league.

Totally ignorant take. You may not like the guy, or the team, but he can play and if there is a real problem with their team it is their head coach who had never been successful as a head coach in the NFL.

The team maybe, Rivers is a stud. He just through as good a deep ball as you can throw.

Had it not been for broken replay equipment (WTF), this game is probably tied.

Yeah I dislike Rivers too but whenever I trash him he does something almost immediately after to make it look like an ignorant comment. I do agree that the coaching is a major problem.. hes been coached by Wade and Norv.. 2 of the worst.

I live in San Diego and couldn't agree more. We are the most overrated team in the NFL. I've been trying to tell this to my co-workers all summer. Both are Rivers and LT are overrated.

LT & Rivers overrated .... what, as golfers. LT has been one of the best backs in football since he arrived in the league and there would be 25 or so teams in the NFL that would be glad to have Rivers as their starting QB. Imagine, you don't have many friends in San Diego but you do have an incredible lack of knowledge about professional football.
