Tough weekend IMO...a lot of games that hide into the mix..nothing really sticks out to me...Maybe Cincy decides to play this week on both sides of the ball...a good thing for cincy backers is that their defense wasnt as bad as it has been in the past

That play isn't because I think Cincy is a good team, just a nice spot for them to pick up a win at home after a tough loss. Tennessee still has no offense so fading them at pretty much a pk on the road is easy for me. Palmer is too good not to bounce back this weekend and he will have to because they will get absolutely nothing on the ground against Tennessee.

I actually like this weeks card. I'm fading two average teams getting too much respect on the road, and getting two very superior teams at home at low numbers. Houston and Dallas both win by 10+. Oakland will also beat KC. They will just pound the run game all day long and the defense will have a much easier time defending Huard.

Great start to the season, keep rolling.

just curious why you think houston will win by more than 10 points.

Just a better overall team in my opinion. Pittsburgh really hammered them in Week 1, but that was just one game and they were on the road at one of the toughest places in the NFL to play against a very good team. I'm high on Flacco, but he's still very young and it will take him a pretty long time to adjust from Div 1-AA to the NFL. Baltimore made a bad defense look good last week. They had no passing game, and their running game wasn't effective except for the two long TD runs on the reverse and the QB run.

Houston has their problems too. I don't like their running game at all led by Slaton, but they have a very solid passing game and a pretty good defense despite last weeks performance. Mario Williams will be in Flacco's face all game. Houston will bring pressure to make the rookie make mistakes, and he eventually will. Baltimore will try to be very safe with their play-calling like last week, but once they get down by a score or two they will have to open up the playbook and I don't know how well that will go over.

If I had to guess I'd say Houston wins 27-13.

I don't see the Colts losing that game, but Minnesota is tricky at home. Peterson loves the dome and Indy's rush defense will have to play better this week. Sanders will live in the box this Sunday to help stop the run though. I just don't think Jackson has what it takes to beat a top team when they dare him to. Minnesota has a great defense also, but I think Indy will be able to get their points. If Indy had shown up against the Bears this line would be -7 easily. The line is a little weird to me though. Seems low, but so did the Cowboys line against the Browns. Linesmakers might just have Minnesota and Cleveland rated too highly.

Fins/Cards is a game I don't want any part of, but I would lean to Miami. They will try to run the ball all game with Williams and Brown and I'm guessing it works out a lot better this week. Gore was able to find some big holes and the Cards showed some terrible tackling on defense, especially on that big run by Gore for the TD. As long as Pennington can play safe and hit the short slant and swing passes they should keep this game close. Pennington is pretty much as accurate as they come, he just has no arm strength. They need to get Ginn involved in this game.

So very small lean to Miami and large lean to Indy, but the lines scares me.
